 A couple of days ago I said I usually get a seat on the Metro. Well, not today!

This is the base shot for experiments with blurring in processing. I'd really appreciate hearing what you think of the variations:

#2 (lens blur with the middle sharp):


#3 (lens blur with a closer section sharp):


#4 (smart blur to create a painting feel):

I'm sooo glad I don't work downtown and have to ride that stink'n metro any more! Check out the girl looking at you like you are a freak! LOL!

Now that's a crowded train! How long do you have to stay packed in like that?

I looked at the other pics and while #2 is the most interesting of the 3 outtakes, I prefer this one with no blur.

LOL you know that I was looking very closely to see if I saw my son in the crowd. Nice shot. I love the flip out viewer, it sure does come in handy, doesn't it?

Love this one as well just because there is so much to look at, its a very interesting shot.
So I would rate them, #4,#1, #3 and then # 2. That was fun, hope you do more series like this.
