Shot in raw, converted using photoshop, a little but of unsharp mask and save for the web.

Hi, just popping in because you ended up on the same page of results as me and your pic caught my eye :).

I like the concept, I also like Marmite but I'll let that slide ;). I don't think your background is doing much for you here and so I'm not sure why you shot at f/22 to get it so much in focus. I would be tempted to move the objects a bit closer together, and get the camera a lot closer to make them fill the frame more, and then shoot with a wider aperture to throw the background out of focus. Such shots definitely go down better around here!

the light tile made for a very poor background, especially when combined with the light color of the wood.

Just in case, I don't want to try it!. Since the subject is small, may be a closer shot could improve the composition

I had no idea what marmite was so I looked it up. Ewwwwww! People eat that?

As for the photo.......a bit of a stretch for this challenge, maybe if you had shown someone eating it with a bad expression it would fit better.

Interesting shot, well composed, and well executed. However, without the title, I can't see linking this to hatred just by looking at the photo. Maybe if you would have included more content or a more explanatory photo that told a story rather than went along with one.

Love it or hate it? I personally quite like Marmite, but daughter loathes it!! I really like this, I thinks it sums up hate (for some!!) quite nicely!!
