Shot in my bathroom about 45 minutes before the deadline. I've got to stop doing that!

This proved to be a very tough challenge. I had a lot of big ideas with very little means of doing any of it. So I stopped thinking big and started thinking small, and I realized that beyond any external forces, I am the biggest influence there is that is capable of swaying my own views by feeding myself lies. I propagate my own slanted view on existance - just enough to make it through the day without imploding into myself or exploding against everyone aroune me.

Hopefully this concept of self-propaganda will be evident to others when they view this photo.

I could have cleaned off the mirror, but I thought the spots, and especially the scratches, added to the down and desperate feel.

Difficult lighting. A level tripod and more light on the left needed. 4 -danny

hmmm... very interesting. I like the idea. The chap in the shot does not look very happy as the jar suggests for him to be. The dirt in the mirror is distracting.

I like this shot. I do wish it was not so tilted or tilted even more. Still I think the idea and message are strong. Good job.

Great idea! Love the concept. I think this one could use a little more contrast, still good job.

I see the humor, but there isn't much that has to do with the message.

very real ... I like the rust and the dirt on the mirror ... I have always liked photos that show us things that don´t belong together but are there non the less, side by side

Neat idea, would have benefited from greater depth of field.
