The shadows are a little harsh but other than that I like it. 6.

You even managed to include an appropriate quotation (on the bottom of the comic).

Great arrangement - nicely fills the frame. You're no doubt gonna get blasted for the focus on that front bazooka but I like it. Good light and colour. 8 - floyd

Hey, you can still get these????
Like the composition and colours and depth of field. I feel so close to them I could just nick one!
Mmmmm! :)

I used to save these wrappers and mail them in with some money to get the junk they had for sale on the back side... I think it was Bazooka :) Very nice shot... the lighting across the top of the box is just a tiny bit harsh, but the photo is great :) = 8 - jmsetzler

The light sorce was a bit harsh, but the composition and concept were wonderful... The "fortune" is great :)

LMAO. Perfect interpretation, and original. I love that you can read the comic. And how VERY appropriate the sentiment is for this website (in regards to photographic skill rather than smarts). 8, just-married

A little glary on the small gum packages, but a really great idea! 8 Swash

great shot. i wish you had been able to get the depth of field to keep all the gum in focus, but its a great image nonetheless. (7) ~mcmurma

When I was a kid, I saved all these wrappers, saving up for the pendant, or the ball cap. They were long since forgotten, and stored away in a box somewhere when I was cleaning my room. A few months ago, I found them. They are the original wrappers, and I had hundreds of them. I'd return a pop bottle for deposite and be able to get 2 pieces a week. Anyway...lol. This definately reminds me of childhood. The angle and focus are great. Lighting is good, but the glare on the front couple pieces is a bit distracting. Otherwise, great photo. Good luck in the challenge.

Bazooka Joe take me right back - I swear I can taste the gum :) It's a great shot too.

Super idea, good color, light is a bit harsh on the left in the empty space. Over all I like this very much. Of course love Bazooka and still chew it!! Score 6 Kee

Where did you find Bazooka gum? I haven't seen it for a long time.
