Looking into the Sun

Used the sun and a flash to create the effect of not having the silhouette look with the major light source being forward of the camera, this is Reg who I walk with each morning for exercise, hope you like the effect.

Post comment, it is obvious that skill is not voted on in challenges,as from the majority of dark images that were used to create the multiple light effect, but a photo taken in daylight, was barely given a mention for the balance of light used to create the image, and I was told to broaden my way of thinking.
Photographing multiple lights is not what I believe is using multiple light sources to highlight your subject.

I also think this challenge has challenged you so much, and I am so proud of you, with this result Brian.
You really research the best that you can do with each and every challange you enter, and alwys put your heart and soul into your photographs.
Keep on being who you are, and doing what you do, and the results will come your way.

I think you did a great job on this Brian. You're right, it is tricky and takes fair skill to shoot in bright sunlight and keep the subject from silhouetting. I do love your ocean photos! They are definitely your best work. Keep it up!

A very nice use of fill-in flash in good balance with the sunlight, composition is not bad but content is not much (I guess he is seeing something we don't)

Hmm. Lurid colours and so much fill-flash he looks like a cut-out. OK, I like it in a perverse kind of way ;)

I like the use of the natural sunlight, and I also like the perspective here as well.....

like the use of the sun on the front of your subject, with the fill light on the back, an excellent balance....
