From the "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" Technically there is no guide to what one should look like, so this is my interpretation. :b

This is one of those over sized martini glasses one might use for plants or candy. I added water to the glass, then used several fiber-optic lights to create the colors. I swirled the lights in the water while exposing 10 seconds in a dark room.

I love these fiber-optic lights and the endless lines and patterns they make. I have a growing collection. :)

Cropped, sharpened, adjusted levels and colors a bit.

Wished the bottom of the glass showed up a bit more.

i need to know the glow effect out of the glass...is thisjust an optical illusion? or maybe did you put a mirror in the martini glass?

Nothing like a good gargle blaster to get you off to a good start in the mornings ;-) Great shot, great colours.

I think you found the original drink :-) Cool idea using the cocktail glass as a prism

I think I had one of these on Eroticon 5...no matter. The color blast works great in this image. Although I originally would have thought that seeing light rays in the image would detract from the overall quality, in this image it improves it.

Wow! This is very neat. Puts mine too shame. Love the flow of lights in the glass. Nice crisp photo. I would think this would do well. Good Luck.
