Oh not tall at all, would rather classify them as hills rather than mountains, I don´t really have a good feel for height of landscape so take this with a grain of salt but probably only 50-100 meters higher than the ground below. |

Majestic and dreamy, the stars look so out of place when the overall image is so bright, all the more special. |

This is an amazing shot. The score along with many others in this challenge seems MUCH MUCH too low however. Wonderful though. |

This has gotta be an Icelander. Larus? Stunning, perfectly exposed whites and beautiful stars. |

Beautiful! I'd probably clone out a few of the dark specks on the snow. |

AMAZING! How do you accomplish this? A well-lit foreground, a sunsetting sky, and a dark, star-lit night? This is one of the best photos I have ever seen. |

I thought they were stars, but it's snow isn't it? Good capture |

Love it, yet again. Those needle-point stars just scream 5D+24/1.4L. What a beautiful cloudscape and landscape the moon has revealed here.
It's good to know that the darkness will son be fading for you, and may give me a chance to compete with nightscapes through the summer months! |

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two now and I'm running late, sorry.
