| I think this would need to be in perfect focus to work well for me. It is a beautiful dragonfly. the background kind of takes away from his wings though. The lighting was great. As I look at it, it looks like the sharpness of the dragonfly might also be affected by the background. Kind of like the background makes the dradonfly look blurrier than he really is. Not sure. his color is beautiful. certainly better than I could ever do. Great job and good luck in the challenge. |

The title detracts from the photo for me.
Nice composition, but out of focus and not enough detail in the wings.

| Ooops. This dragonfly needs focus. I think your camera had a hard time "finding" it. I cannot tell exactly where the focus is. I had similar problems with a golden eagle on a dark background, my camera just wouldn't quite get the right focus. Don't hate me. 4 Swash |
