Remarkably nice vista there. English bluebells. The exposure or your processing avoided harsh shadows. Nice detail. 9. |

Back to comment: I've bumped this three times as I've sorted through the entries and the depth of this image earns one of the three 10's I'm giving out in this challenge. Wonderful image and I hope to see it with a ribbon.

How lovely! I'll be interested to see if this forest really exists this way, but whether that be or not, I love the lines of the trunks, the curve of the path, and the color and light. |

The choice to compose the large number of tree trunks, as opposed to including the whole trees, contrasted against the wildflowers carpeted on the forest floor is clearly the strength of this composition. The path just adds more viewer interest to the image. |

try cropping the path off - the colour is too different, it's distracting |

Would've liked the image more without the path, but its a great location for unique landscape shots. |

This photograph lacks many of the things that one here at DPC starts to look for in a photograph but it's been a long time since a photograph here has touched me the way this one has. Technically there's much lacking here. You have such vivid colors potentially but you didn't seem to tweek them much. You have no subject and the leading line kinda disappears somewhere right in the middle. You break so many rules in this shot. But...
You have made me feel young. This is the way a child might see the world...
You have made me warm. This is the way things look when spring is starting to catch hold of the earth and the cold starts to melt away a little...
You have made me smell things that aren't here yet, the new flowers, the breeze, the earthen path...
You have made me want to get my camera out and look stupid in the eyes of others again...
Thank you, I needed this picture...
