So this was yours, I wouldn't have guessed :) This is such a weird image in some ways, such a disconnect in a way between the top and bottom parts, and yet, so real. Having lived in Wyoming for a long time, I sort of know things look pretty strange sometimes (most of the time) in the desert areas. I really like this image, it's real to me. |

I'm not voting in this challenge but my thoughts if I was..
Either...
a) this used the Expert Editing rules and somehow it just doesnt work for me. It feels like a combination of images but the colours in each were not matched well, or
b) the lighting seen here was in fact the lighting on the day, in which case it is a very surreal scene.
The challenge being expert may hinder your score if (b) is the case. |

Wow. What a fantastic shot. So many things going on in so many layers, and yet they work well together as a unit. So Southwest :) The light is precious. ~10 |
