These are the "White House" ruins in Canyon de Chelly near Chinle, AZ. It's quite a hike from the canyon rim down to the ruins. A 2.5 mile round trip on a fairly steep trail.
The name "White House" derives from the whitewashed appearance of the topmost structure. It's just visible between the three front structures on the top level.
This is actually a stitched pano consisting of two shots (top, bottom) framed in landscape orientation. The toning is Ken Lee's "Bronze" quadtone with tweaks to hue/sat and curves after application

You're a great contributor both on the tech advice side and with regard to all the other things you do for DPC. But it is good to see some photos as well. Your photo really gives a sense of scale to this world famous site. It's astonishing and must be worth the sweat of the hike up and down.
