Meets the challenge, and the diagonals work well, but the light is a bit concentrated. I do like the idea behind the title!

In my opinion, the spot light is too bright, and draws attention to the overly soft focus on the knife handles.

i like the idea, but you blew out the highlights majorly which takes alot away from the photo

The lighting seems to be a bit too focused on the bottom of the image. I would have brought that up to the middle of the image.

the surface is in focus, the knives are not; the strong reflectiions take away a lot of the details; a different angle of light would have helped
