My office building, reflected in a pond of fairly still water. Shot in RAW, some adjustments in RSE: Lowered exposure compensation, added fill light, shadow contrast and highlight contrast, converted to JPEG.
In Photoshop, levels, converted to BW with Color Mixer (80% red, 20% blue), rotated 45 degrees, cropped square, resized, USM.

I like the unique perspective provided by the 45-degree angle. Still, my first impression was that something seemed "off-balance" about the composition. I've been looking at it for a little while, and experimenting with different crops, and I've figured out two things which bother me about the composition.
First, the small bit of roof visible in both corners seems to break the repetitive flow of the image, and seems to serve no real purpose. I would have preferred to see this zoomed in closer, or alternately, cropped tighter.
Second, while you were careful to have the horizon line flow from one corner to the other, it appears you may not have been as careful with the other two corner. Recomposing (or, alternately, re-cropping) with a set of pillars running from corner to corner seems to strengthen the symmetry of the image.
As a more minor point, it looks like your horizon line does not quite run corner to corner. It may have been worthwhile to rotate the image slightly to correct that.
Black and white was a good choice here, as it focuses the viewer on the lines and patterns. I like the decision to shoot at an angle here. Too often, people do that because "it's artsy" without having a reason why. In this case, you had a good reason why, and the effect you were going for with it worked.
