| this is kinda interesting! i like the narrow focus. definitely a different take on a tree shot. i cannot tell if i am looking up or looking down at a reflection. very cool! |

Most excellent unqiue viewpoint. The tree coming in from the right side vs the bottom, works very well here. The focus point and DOF is perfect. The composition , even with the slight DOF we see here still leads us around the image quite nicely.

Ok so not sure if it's looking UP the trunk - at first I thought down - which was quirky and now it's sideways - challenge for my brain first thing in the morning - GRIN!
VERY tight focal length, perhaps a little too tight makes the focus look like a band around the tree - which may have been your intention.
The bokeh is lovely. |

Whoah. . .That is some sparkly bokeh, isn't it! I like the angle you've used to highlight the in-focused part.
