This just looks bizzar to me. Not sure what effects you used, it almost looks as though it was hit with a lucis filter. I think if you ran some dodgeing over the darker areas and not the whole image you would really make it pop a lot more.

the contrast and processing I really like. The sky is way cool. But the umbrella blocking the church bugs me. Go knock it down and take another pic hehe.

Neat perspective, the clouds are really dramatic and I'd like to see more of them also. IMO slightly too much contrast.

A bit sharp? I am trying to read some contextual meaning from the foreground to background, but then I over think sometimes.

Slightly odd look to it, lost some detail somewhere along the line in pp perhaps? Good dramatic sky, would be nice to see that picked out more?

I really like the blocky look to your processing. It creates an almost lithographic, vintage feel to the image. Very nicely composed.

Did you use a noise reduction filter on it? .. if so its a tiny bit overcooked.. nice crop, and tones.

What an interesting composition. With the modern umbrellas leading your eye to that beautiful historic church in the background. This is perfect for black and white.
