 Found these on a nature trail. They made the most wonderful sound when the wind blew and they all clacked against each other. I cannot ID them.

I ran levels, sharpened, ran Flaming Pear's "Melancholytron" and burned a bit.

Nice composition - like how the opening of the pod almost looks like a mouth, and the branch gives a good sense of location.

Oh WOW - just the thumbnail had me excited on this one - and the fuller size is TRULY BEAUTIFUL!

The tones are SUBLIME! Well done, will be looking out for more of your work!

I totally agree with SandyP. She has way with words that I don't always have. Awsome Shallow DOF. It makes the spiky thing stand ou even more. I love it.

Oh I love this! I love the dark sepia tones and that soft rich dreamy background. It makes the sharp focused thingy just pop and seem 3-dimensional. Printworthy for sure!
