I can sure see the burned out areas too! I think I uploaded the wrong file - oh well - thanks for the comments about composition and the critical ones about it having processing issues...

I really like the processing on this. And the water lapping at the shore, very nice touch. Great mix of textures and lines.

Terrific minimalis. I like how the stick breaks up the sand a bit. Almost all mid tones and shadowy ones. Good work.

I like the vastness of this and also the leading line that lead up along the beach.
My only suggestion would be that I like to see a little more sky to balance the image, re the rule of thirds.
I still very much like this seascape.

Yes, this is artistic and wonderful. The contrast and sharpness create a barren mood. It looks awesome!

quite arty ... with those footprints and the branch ... i'm sort'v agreeing with lisa about the lower down perspective ... to give a bit of 'drama' or something ..

I can see the burn marks on along the sand, not great.

I wonder how it would have looked with a lower down perspective??

great coloring. i think i would have preferred a composition where the stick was somewhere in the right of the frame. right now it seems like it's very left-heavy (with the stick and the trees) and the right side is kind of empty.
