i agree with others - the center composition really works great on this image. I also like the high contrast and the use of borders. the shallow DOF shots like this are very difficult - Which part do I put in focus? - and I like the choice you have made |

B&W is perfect for this, and the bokeh you've captured provides nice tone and depth to highlight the links. I actually quite like that the back of the links, not the front, is what is in crisp clear focus - it's refreshingly different from what is normally expected! |

Great shot! yes very dramatic, love the DOF also, I am huge fan of shallow depth of field shots so yeah way to go!! |

This is an instance where a centered composition works well IMO. I especially like the hint of spider web and subtle pattern in the background. |

Wow. I love the DOF and texture in the chains. I can even see a fine hint of a spider web. Very nice photo. I agree it is really dramatic in B/W. Great job. |
