I was hesitant to enter this as I really don't want to have to see it in my profile for the rest of eternity, but I figured what the hell.

This is the Seattle Space Needle, shot from a rather unflattering angle. I was in Seattle when the challenge was announced and this is what I immediately thought of. I think it fits well with the adolescent mentality of the music scene and the Seattle tie-in is an added bonus.

Cropped.
Selected sky to new layer.
Levels on sky.
Levels on Space Needle.
Blue filter on sky.
Gaussian Blur on sky.
Added text.
Burned corners end edges on sky.
Flattened.
Resized.
Save for Web.

Oh, and I put this in the nude gallery because of the adult nature of the implied imagery. I figured there would be some people who would rather not see this. If the SC feels it doesn't belong there, please feel free to move it.

Edit: Moved it out of nude -- I decided it wasn't that bad.

DPL's catchy name seemed like a godsend at first, until their manager got the bright idea to promote them by having them play on the top of every phallic landmark they could get to. Let's just say it was a little too windy on the Rock of Gibraltar that day...
