Usual processing but added contrast by dupicating image and then changing blending mode to overlay.

I like the straight line created by the tree trunks. Nothing like that here in Texas so I'm always so intrigued by this type of tree. NICE. I like the high contrast.

Well a very different tree image to yesterdays. The contrast gives this quite a foreboding feel to it, you'd bet a pound to a penny that there is something nasty lurking in the dark of those woods

Really interesting experiment which works pretty fine with the subject

I've always loved these photos showing the trunks of trees in a forrest, but I've never seen one in a high key black and white like this. It looks awesome. Very unique and artistic. This one is another one that I could see selling -- and hanging on a wall.

Love the depth of rich tones here, with that magical light beaming through the trees, bringing the image almost alive.....
