 I was running out of opportunities to shoot something when I cam on this alley. I had the ISO cranked up and was in a hurry, so I didn't think to turn it down and use my tripod for a better exposure. Maybe next time.

Greetings from the Critique Club.

Composition: Composition is good...the viewers eye is directed straight throught the image.

Technical: The technicals have let you down. The choice of the saturated area is quite weak compared to its surroundings.

Overall:I think this is a strong moody image....just not edited strongly enough for the challenge.

This is a very unique and interesting idea. The mood you have evoked is also very powerful - it gives a feeling of empty loneliness. Excellent capture!
