Well...there is definately an edge here, however, nothing really appealing in the photo. To be perfectly honest, here is what I see... Dead trees, an annoyinly obnoxious white out sky and some soft focus wheat sticking up through some snow. It definately does have an edge though. Unfortunately, I dont think weather was cooperating with you this day. I think it's to blame for the muted colors, and the soft focus.
