Oooooh. . .yes, that would be reeeeeeallly hard to selectively desat. Very tedious. And I can't imagine it working better than this beautiful black and white.
The deatil in that architecture is so amazing. And this one has such great contrasts of pure whites and blacks. Its really very nice!
