 Full-frame image at 18mm. Lots of selective desaturation. A dash of artistic filter and blending to reduce some noise. A touch of dodge and burn to lighten faces and strengthen flame. Sprinkled with blessings from a fellow team member.

I like this. Another idea would be to have the flame lit along with the outside of the balloon, but the inside desat. That way the flame would stand out a little more.
