Oh Jack!!!!!!!!!! This is FABULOUS. It is not only a beautiful photo in every way technically -- it is also the kind of photo that draws you in and makes you feel good to look at it. This definitely oughta be framed and hanging on a wall -- nice and big!

fantastic shot, really beautiful tones and contrasts and I love the fact that the central figures are within the glare of the sun (which in some images would just be harsh, but which works to perfection here)
Super framing with the trees and the border is great as it takes a while to figure out that it is a border and not simply the horizon
Almost pips day 15 as my favourite of yours in this challenge and the fact that it gets anywhere close says what a brilliant image this is |

| Jack this is beautiful. It makes me feel all warm and happy. The sunlight glow really makes this shot and I really like all the detail you captured of the boat and fishermen. The tone is perfect with this shot. |

| My father in law had a small place at a lake and recently sold it. This image really reminds me of him, and his days past. So serene and nice. |

| Awesome..... This is like I am sitting back, and watching the beginning of a movie credits, something like "On Golden Pond", with that wonderful shimmer you have captured here, in this image, with that water. The play of light brings this image alive..... It is breathtaking..... Thank you for sharing it with us..... |
