I like the framing effect, but I also think it would be more effective from lower down / closer up to get the sky behind more of the arch. Comes across slightly jumbled as is, but still quite good. |

Wow, like the lighting, colors, everything. I miss living in the Southwest, too, so this brings back nice memories. |

You did a great job of capturing the essence of a southwestern home. |

I love the scenery in this photo... the mountains in the background are very nice but the foreground of this shot is very 'busy'.... |

This one really got me thinking. I really like it but the architecture seams to be competing with the scenery. It is gorgeous, though. |

Funky mix of storm clouds and sunlight make this for me. Where does the path go I wonder .... |

this has a very nice feel to it. Nice color and a hint of architecture! |

I feel very welcomed; the sky is great; good shadows; unusual subject (at least in this challenge) |

B&W might have been a good choice on this ... ala Ansel Adams .... |

Interesting concept, nice color contrast (mountain, sky, house). I found it too busy with the addition of the plants and arch(?). |

this is a little busy, but overall i really like it. maybe a closer photo of the "architecture" of the building would have more impact, though. |

At first glance I dismissed this photo and decided to score it later. Second glance turned into a hard look where I "studied" each element and had a desire to follow the path. You drew me in. And while this comment isn't exactly helpful, I felt like telling you - "Nice Job". IMO - textures, architectural elements and coloring are just great. |

You framed the building perfectly, this looks really fantastic! It's very inviting. All it needs now is a little DSS dish bolted to the... um... never mind. :) |

I would have like to see more contrast in the see. Nice framing. |
