Jeff, I like this! I think the soft textures look amazing with the sharp buds poking their heads out of them. This is very striking.

Yeah, macros of outside flowers and the lovely blowing wind are so beautiful and yet so very aggravating too.
Immediately I knew it was the lovely lilac shot. |

omg i know exactly wot you mean about the wind ..
you've done an excellent job with this close-up .. those buds seem to be really trying to reach for the sun ... they look like little babies fists!! ...
