I got a comment before I even posted this!
At least I know who has been snooping through my portfolio :-)

Anyway, this is Charlie.
He weighs 25.2 lbs.
But he's only a couple of pounds over weight according to the vet.
He's just a big cat.
Accept it!!!!

I missed some of your Black and white work! THis is fantastic!! I am sucker for cat shots and this is a wonderful profile image! You DO have my cat beat by a pound or two! What a monster! My cat, Buddy, always amazes everyone that sees him. I can imagine you must amaze a few people with Charlie. My vet said that Buddy needed to loose 2 or 3 pounds and I am working on it, but it's not easy. :)

This is an absolutely wonderful cat portrait. I love when you can get the sides of their eyes like that - and still see the pupil. Perfect DOF, excellent light. Very well done indeed.

bet he'd give rocket a run for his money ... great whiskers here too!! .. love your tones and the black background that really defines the cat .. woops ... i mean charlie!! ..:):)

Look at that brute! Another great conversion, incredibly flattering (I hope he pays you by bringing home some nice mice or something), both in lighting and in composition. Nicely shot.

I LOVE big cats. They are so much fun to snuggle with. 25+ pounds Wow he is BIG. But he's so pretty, and he doesn't look fat. I love the nice lighting on this white subject. This is really a pretty pet portrait!

Lovely shot of Charlie. Charlie sure carries his weight well, doesn't look an ounce overweight!LOL Seriously, I really like the amount of detail you got in an all white animal. Very impressive.

I really like the white cat with the almost black background. If I were to add anything I'd use the sharpen tool on the whiskers. Beautiful cat. Love the catchlight in the eye. I'm a total sucker for a good profile.
