| a solid image of this building - not a very exciting topic with not a lot of wow factor. The sky is a little blotchy and the building could be a little sharper |

I think there are some simple things that you could have done to improve this photos.
the first thing that caught my eye is that it is crooked. It needs to be rotated maybe 2 or 3 degrees counter clockwise.
I also thing the crop is to tight. More space around the building might be nice. maybe a little less sky and a little more walk way. I alway try to shoot a subject a few different ways if I can.
Another thing I see is noise. I see allot of noise in the sky. Double check your ISO setting. And most photo editing software programs have a noise remove tool. |

| Seems like the city hall is missing some detail..maybe bumping the contrast would help some.. |

| There is nothing compelling about the building itself and the straight-on shot only accentuates that. Perhaps a different angle would have been a little more interesting. |

| looks like a point and shoot to me. Nothing special about it to give it that pop. |
