Nice capture here, with good focus on the eyes, and sharpness in the fur and the whiskers (whiskers can be the bane of sharpness's existence for cats -- they go all jaggy if you try to sharpen them -- but here you've handled them well). Good start!

That's a contented cat. You should be able to come up with lots of variations on this. The paw seems to be a bit out of focus, but understandable at the size of the cat. We have 3 cats ourselves, and used to have a big orange tabby like this (originally Tigger, but became Miss Piggie).

What a beautiful kitty! I'll bet he would look great on a chocolate brown blanket. It would make him look like caramel (ok, I am very hungry and haven't had dinner yet) but I love him.
