I like the sharp contrast.

Excellent use of processing to bring this out; I'm guessing you didn't convert to B&W (you didn't mention it in your processing), but that that's the natural appearance of the silver lock on the dark background. Nicely done, the silver is good and silvery, and the highlights make this really interesting. I agree a slightly different crop might suit this better (did you try a rule of thirds grid? I always run one over my photos these days, just to see what I get and whether I like it).

I LOVE the black and white processing on this. I agree justa little more neg. space on the right side would make this powerful image even better.

It's ok as a study. It seems to high contrast. I miss the midtones, especially on the intricate scrolling on the face of the lock.

I agree with other commenters here. Just a little more negative space on the right and this would look really good. As it's not for a challenge it should be easy to fix in post-processing.

I wouldn't like to see it centred, but it feels a bit tight on the right behind the lock. Nice details on the lock!! Great concept!!

I like the highlights, but the composition feels too tight on the right...maybe just a centimeter more negative space.

I really like that most of the lock is the same color as the background, and only the reflections show up.

I really like the POV you used here. I especially like how you did not give in and center ... this is much more powerful.
