this is good, but would have been stronger if cropped closer.

Very nice background and great subject.

I love the expression on the girl's face, and the way the water reflection and the trees in the distant background create such a sense of sharpness to the outline of the couple.

Nice photo, but more than a little dark. (Shadows do that...) Nice moment.

Nice job of capturing a special moment! Great DOF too... and a really nice background.

Ugly people, 2

Just kidding. I can't tell what's going on in the BG, where the water ends and the trees begin? Maybe get closer to enhance the feel of the moment?

Oh well, I still like it. 6

I really like the background on this. It forces the eyes to the main subjects. Good work. karmat

These two wouldn't notice a bomb going off beside them. Good timing to catch their intimate moment.

I think this would have more impact if cropped vertically, but still a nice catch.

mood captured - falling in love all over again
sincerity of expressions - good

Very nice, the subject is too dark, however, you should have used a fill flash :-) (of course the couple might not have been too happy). 8 paganini

What a sweet moment you've captured! I hope that this couple will get a copy! My only critique is that I wish the couple were lit a little more. I know however that since this is a candid shot you couldn't have exactly asked them to move into the light. But maybe if you played around with the levels or brightness in Photoshop or another photo editing program? I like the background on this also. I can hardly tell where the trees meet the water which is a great effect. Good job! -KrazyKat
