Beautiful editing here. The dodge & burn is superbly accomplished... Just enough light & dark to emphasize the areas you want - without overdoing it. Well done.

I didn't vote or I would have given this a high score. are you sure this is basic editing? wow! This is just a beautiful photo. That little car adds some ridiculous to the sublime. Maybe a new title with a car metaphor, the word "drive" or something like that. Or "Autobiography"

I figured that this challenge would be filled with pictures of babies and little kids, but I think this image separates itself from the rest. The lighting on the face makes it a very peaceful image while the car on the right keeps it from looking like the kid is sad. I'd say top 10, probably top 3

Thats a head of hair! The lighting on his face is great and I like who the light on the window isn't overpowering which is so easy to do. I also like the colour who've chosen for the duotone - very subtle but effective. His hand is a little too dark.
