I would like to see the subject in sharp focus. It seems that the bottom of the bead is nt quite in focus but a USM sharpening utility was used to recover the sharpness, but nothing replaces a nice wide DOF. I do like the color scheme though. Good job.

Are these marbles? I don't think so, but it looks glass. Maybe beads. I wish there were a bit more DOF, too much of the photo is not in focus and the center is too dark to add anything to the photo.
