What a great picture, however not a good title in my mind. Does not say what your resolution is.

| Not quite sure what "new years resolution" this could be. The title doesn't even give me a clue. The photo is ok. Seems a little soft, but could just be from the snow flakes in front of the subjects. Guess my big thing is that I don't see how this fits into the challenge. |

| I really like this wintery scene. It does look very strange to have a kite in the sky. I would have liked it better without the kite. It distracts me from your entire compostion. None the less it is still a very good picture. |

| Great shot! I love it. Very nice landscape/winter subject matter. Only has too much noise (get free download of Neat Image) and you could have cropped out about an inch on top. Also, not sure, but horizon looks slanted, but I'm not sure if this is actually the contour of the land. Though the kite is small in relation to the rest of the image, I like the way it's colors contrast with the duotones. This image has a lot of mood and impact for me and even though it doesn't appear to meet the challenge theme, I will give it a good score. Well done! |

| I like this. Great expression of the theme. Good composition and contasts. Would have preferred subject closer and more framed by trees. Image a little grainy. I find the heavy vignetting distracting. 7 |

| Very nice composition. I'm trying to figure out how this is related to new year's resolution, but I can be rather thick headed at times. Also, I'm wondering if it wouldn't look better with a little cropped off of the top. The dark areas on each top corner a bit distracting (not too distracting). |

| I actually really like this photo without the kite. The graininess does it well. I'm not sure how it fits the challenge though. |
