This is the tiny flower of the common stinging nettle. The small yellow dots that appear mainly on the bottom left of the flower are insect eggs. The large cluster of eggs in the bottom left is so small that to the naked eye the whole cluster appears as nothing more than an almost imperceivable discolouration of the flower petal. The flower buds can be seen in this image
