Peter - this is a really cool photo, just maybe not for Waldo. I really like your processing choices on this - has a very spare, almost menacing look.

I can't see 'Waldo' - I want to but I can't. I still like the photo so I'll go with a 7.

Somewhere in Europe based on the signs. Leaning against the 2nd car on the left?

I don't see a definitive Waldo but maybe I'm not looking in the right places. There are certainly lots of possible hiding spots. Interesting POV; would like a bit more color/definition in the sky and clouds.

I really like the subtle colors in this shot, all of them pale, nothing too bright. To catch a street at this time of day (which looks mid-morningish or early afternoon) with no people on it is a great catch, and the composition works well for me. I might have tried to use perspective correction to get the buildings on the right straight, as the leaning is a bit troublesome to me (but I might have botched that if I had tried, I don't do that very well).

I am sure there is a waldo in there, but I cant find him, so well hidden you! Nice streetscape although iys a bit unfortunate that your positioning means that the street light is a bit of a distraction as it hits a rule of third point

Your photo would be more interesting if the clouds had more depth (maybe taken at a different time of day?). The perspective and coloration of the buildings is interesting. I am seeing three possible Waldos, but I'm not certain.
