 My first submission with my new Nikon D80. We were actually at Union college for a senior recital, but at the end, I went out and photographed one of my favorite landmarks, the Nott Memorial. I submitted this with only minutes to go, since it was taken the night of the deadline. I didn't have time to think of a good title, so I used the same title as my older, non-challenge entry version of a sunset on the memorial (which I hid in my portfolio--have to dig it out still!)

I gave you an 8 during the challenge. A little shocked this finished 22nd. Not a bad finish don't get me wrong. I was thinking this more in the top 10. IMO. Great job.

Oh how pretty. What a cool building. Excellent exposure! Waldo is on the far left of the shot walking on the sidewalk.

It's a very wonderful photo - but I think 'Waldo' is just a little too inconsequential. Regardless, I'll go with a 9 because it's so pretty!

Pretty building and nice sky behind it. Looks like a Waldo off to the left. Horizon feels tilted but that may be the sidewalk in relation to the horizon.

Some interesting colors in the sky here, and definitely an interesting building. I might have liked to have seen a slightly longer exposure to allow the building to come out more in the shot (along with the rest of the foreground), but as is it's a interesting image.

A real dichotomy with this picture. I love the image but find Waldo (waldina) a bit of a distraction...Of course if you exclude her then you dont have an entry for the challenge. I want to marvel at the beautiful array of colours and the sharpness of the shot yet find myself distracted by the person on the right. I like the shot but would have really loved it if you had cropped out waldo and entered it into the free study. Still scoring a 7

Oh so pretty. Wonderful composition and lighting (obviously you didn't provide the lighting, but you timed the shot very well). One thing though-- the haloing around the dome could go.
