Seriously, though, the water looks awesome and the composition is good. Is the water cold this time of year?

| Great colors! At first I was leary to take pictures at the beach but after doing it a while it's not a big deal. Only one person ever talked to me and it was to talk about camera gear. |

Wow I love the colour change between the forming wave, the sea and the sky. All different but all really complimentary. The seagull and the boats on the far left and right really give an idea of how tight yet how big this photo is
Lovely job and I hope your knee is on the mend (and that your teeth havent fallen out)

| Great color and love the strong horizontal lines of the ocean and surfers, the seagull adds a nice spark! Would be interesting to see more ocean and less sky? |

beautiful colors, and a very nice action shot. I think maybe the ships in the background are actually a wee bit of a distraction, but that's a minor quibble for such a lovely image.
I am swearing off challenges for a time, but I am going to try to be in one or another of these side challenges as much as I can be. I learn so much more here than I do when I enter a shot that I love in a challenge and get a mediocre or worse score. |

And there they are in the middle of winter. I'm not sure why the surfer on the right is looking at the seagull, though. Great clarity of the blue colours.
I won't be too far from there at the end of this month, Moss Vale to be precise...
