 We often get these tiny lizards wandering around inside our house. Once they come in, it's pretty much impossible to get them out again because you just can't catch them. I wasn't even aware that this little guy was around in the middle of winter, until I found him dead on the floor. He probably died from the cold.

Poor thing - maybe it went in it's sleep. Fantastic photo. Love the color tones, texture, and lighting. Looks almost like you took a picture of a sculpture.

I'm glad to see that others not only experience dead house lizards, but also take pictures of them. I haven't done that yet, but it sounds like something I would do. :)

Poor little lizard. If they die at our house it's usually of the cat, not the cold ;-P. (great photo -- love the shallow DOF).

I won't tell that he's dead if you won't tell.. It's a good picture and I like the fading on the margins.
