 I placed a silky, see-through piece of fabric over the model and had a fan blowing it. Used a flash to the right side. Used Neat Image to get a silky dreamy look. Greatly increased contrast and levels to get the look I wanted.

wow, I didn't see the face in here for a long time. I thought it was just some abstract shape. Is this a distorted reflection? Well done.
