 Bonus today - two for one. I like both of these on their own but got the idea to put them together. These are the same rose (okay, maybe not the EXACT same, but same variety). One in full bloom and the other past it's prime. I liked the contrast of presenting them like this.

Maybe a tryp with a bud in it would be cool too. Nice contrasting images. I love the waterdrops on the full bloom.

They look good together, and stages is an appropriate title, but having seen the good rose by itself in your next picture, I know I like that one a lot, and this one, well, it's very good, but the other is a killer.

I wouldn't have guessed they were from the same bush, The shift to pink is really curious. I like both photos, but the full bloom overpowers the spent bloom and draws all the attention.

Aren't you clever...the lettering mimics the color changes. The full bloom is so gorgeous with those water drops and intense colors that I would prefer to see it on its own.
