This is Jamie Oliver's Italy Cookbook. I like the shapes and the lines. I was trying to decide whether to go for a full saturated colour image (this one) or a duotone. I have done a few duotones lately, so I opted for this.

Taken with a 105mm F2.8 macro on a tripod. I moved the centre page through the self-timed image to get the movement in the middle pages. I was wondering if it could be a disadvantage with the voters, but it is what it is...

EDIT: Basically USM, Levels, Curves, Cleaned up some spots and stray strands of paper.

PREDICTION: After my last couple of challenges, I really can't make a prediction on this one.

Oooooooh, very nice, Enzo! Can't figure out the 5.9 score, but just because the voters missed it on this one, doesn't make it a truly aMAZING paper photo! Way to go!

Lovely. I think it may have been even better if you'd cropped it just above the blue thingy at the bottom (if you're sitting on a 7+ score, ignore what I've written ;-))

the orange conjures up a feeling of an office in the 70's. which isn't a bad thing at all, it created an interesting emotion

What's the blue thing at the bottom? That really spoils for me, otherwise would've been perfect!

great title! gave me a whole new idea of this pic. Colors are a bit funny though.

clever idea, but the title throws me a bit, where it doesn't really look like a sunrise, especially with the blue center part. it has a nice texture tho.
