| i am severely arachnophobic...to the point that i will hurt myself or you trying to get away from a spider...to the point that i generally can't even look at a photo of one. i have to say, though, this is absolutely the best spider photo i have ever seen. the mood is very creepy but also very beautiful. very surprising that it is so striking to me and also very surprising to me that it goes straight to my faves. nice work!! :) |

| I don't like spiders by any means, but you have a nice image. I really like the background. It helps me focus on your subject. Nice composition as well. |

| There's something very creeping in the feel of this photo. I really like the darkness and the very shallow DOF. Bumping from 8 to 9. |
