First Impression - the most important one:
Great! The ground is not quite horizontal, (which I like), definitely faceless, definitely extreme emotion! And GREAT perspective.
Composition:
Absolutely lovely... I think if it was me, not that me or anyone should tell you how to shoot, but I may have made sure the ground was level, and then move the frame a little to the left to get more of the side building which adds such great perspective.
Subject:
Definitely portrays emotion, and whoever they are have such great poses, makes me think that it wasn't a pose and they really are in love!
Technical (Colour, focus, and light):
Good colour, focus and light! I think I would have selectively saturated the sky a bit more, oh and regarding your comments about the power lines, don’t worry about them I didn’t notice until I read your comment, and otherwise you would have empty power pole down the picture! lol
Artistic:
Probably 9 out of 10 here. (I never gives 10's unless its perfect!) I think it would have been a 10 if you had done what I suggested above, level the ground and move frame left.

Summary:
I really like it! A nice light image, that makes you feel good. Wonderfully composed and all of that.
Hey hey your highest rated image yet, good job! Congrats on breaking the 6 point boundary.

| Good silhouette, nice composition, and great angle! Too bad about the blown highlights in the sky, but an excellent image overall. |

| I'm not sure what emotion is being expressed here. The title indicates a good emotion. I think a closer crop would help here so we can see the people better. Good perspective with the converging yellow stripes, but nothing else away from the people is really interesting. |

| I think this could have been improved with a bluer sky, but I like the composition and leading lines. Seems to meet the challenge to me. |
