 Yes, that's really me, and yes, that's my hygienist, and yes, I really had a dentist appt. that day. But that's not the actual cleaning. In fact, the thing in the hand on the left is being held backward because the handle is bigger and easier to see than the pointy end.

Thanks to Alex, my hygienist, who really got into it and opened up various tools to make a good photo!

I expect this to work for a very few people, so I may end up in the 4s, but I like it.

I think this is fantastic. all the action is in the background, and the OOF just makes it scarier, like when you're in a nitrous haze and you realize that your dentist is pulling out a machete...

Nice idea and i like the POV - The processing lets this down though as it's interfering with the background and blacks.

Do I think this image shows "Extreme Emotion": Yes. PP seems a little out of whack, i.e. forearm. Colors could have been picked better, 6.
