 I placed a crystal dolphin on a solid black background, completely darkened room. Then I placed a blue plastic bag over the end of a flashlight,then I moved the flashlight in a swift motion at the back of the dolphin stopping briefly to make sure the dolphin was exposed to the blue light.

The title fits the image well and you did a great job with capturing motion through your use of light. The overall picture doesn't really appeal to me however.
