 Two people in this house that I like to photograph usually do their best to avoid me as soon as I get the camera out. One is Barney (yes, he is "people" - he has no clue that he is a dog) and the other is my son Braxton.

Braxton is very shy about having his photo being taken. I can get him to pose but for some reason, the camera makes him uncomfortable. However, this kid has amazing skills BEHIND the lens, and I will probably end up learning from him some day.

Yesterday my two beags were lying together and I had to get a picture of that because I know that they do not have much time left with each other. (They've been together for 11+ years now.) So of course, Braxton jumped on top of them and wanted his picture taken.

I also go this photo, of Barney with the wide-eyed look of fear and anticipation.



Before this challenge started, I had no idea how many bizarre looks and raspberries my dogs give me on a regular basis.

Great photo of Braxton (and the pups)! That's so cool your dogs have been able to spend so many years together, I'll bet they are so close!

Ha ha... Braxton does not look uncomfortable in this shot. More like, shoot me mom. This is a wonderful, cozy, family photo.

I'm sorry to hear of your babies not being together after 11+ years. And yes, dogs are family... It's nice to see Braxton getting into the mix too. Hope to see more of them all.
