My dog Bikkie won't leave me alone as I was shooting this so I worked her into the shot. Pig and chopsticks added for interest.

I like the close-up of the dog but find the composition distracting. A macro just of this dog's cute face would have been a better shot.

I think a plainer carpet (if available) would have worked better here. Good imaginative idea, though.

love the dog's expressive eyes and the placement, but find the rug background very distracting, and the chopstick drawing my attention away from the dog.

Very nice expression on the dog's face, but I think the pig in the background detracts just a little, even tho the title fits. Also, the thing that looks like a pencil pointing to the pig is distracting. I think the dog's face could have stood alone and made a terrific photo!

Totally beautiful dog. Interesting composition but a sheet on the floor or a plain carpet would have "pulled" the dog to the fore. I have just cropped to the left of the dogs nose and it is a beautiful picture then.

Funny. :) The dog is beautifully captured for this caption - the pig is hard to make out right away and that's a little distracting. I think it's the direction the pig's turned more than the distance or focus. The busy design on the rug might be part of it, too, but the colors and pattern are nice against the dog.
