 This is Australias national flower, called Golden Wattle. It has the most amazing golden yellow fluffy blossoms all over the tree, at this time of the year. The beautiful golden yellow flowers only last for such a short time.

Botanical name "Acacia pycnantha", Australian Golden Wattle

One can't flip it, as it would be upside down.
The fluffy golden flowers balls, can't hang from branches upside dowm, can they.

You got it right as it is the same, as the "Acacia" tree, is the family name of the Wattle.

Australian national flower - very beautiful bloom. I looked up the national flower of the United States - the rose, which was established by congress in 1986.
